In October of 1922 a young Covina man by the name of Miles Landram built and opened a grocery store at this address on Citrus Avenue. His M & V Market was later replaced by Sperry Garden Supply and Feed Store. Feed stores have long since disappeared from the downtown area, but a favorably reviewed replacement is Crabby Chad’s Seafood. Very nice sign too.
